Terms & Conditions

1.	Only work (or bodies of work and/or media) accepted by the jury may be exhibited. Coolidge Corner Arts Festival, (CCAF), organizers reserve the right to request that anything not accepted by the jury be removed from the festival.
2.	Sale signs and sale of “seconds” are NOT permitted.
3.	Applicant assumes all responsibility of risk for any loss connected to the reservation and/or use of space at the CCAF. The organizers of CCAF and their respective organizations shall in no way be liable for damage to property or any other injury to any applicant or other persons for whom the applicants allow to use their space.
4.	CCAF does not provide or offer access to water, electricity, furnishings, other utilities or rain protection.
5.	The organizers of CCAF shall have the right to cancel the CCAF in the event of an Act of God or other unavoidable circumstances. The right to cancel shall continue during the course of the festival itself.
6.	Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold CCAF and its agents, employees, officers and members of boards of directors harmless from any injury to person or property, including loss of life, associated with or arising out of the agreement hereunder. Applicant shall indemnify and hold CCAF organizers and all those listed above, harmless and shall pay damages, costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees that may be incurred or paid by CCAF in connection with any litigation rising out of this application.
7.	All applications must be in the name(s) of the artisan(s). Artisans must be present at the festival.
8.	Applicants will be assigned booth spaces on a first come, first serve basis with consideration to previous vendors. CCAF reserves the right to relocate spaces as necessary. APPLICANTS MUST BE IN THEIR ASSIGNED SPACES BY 9 AM on the day of the Festival or will be considered to have forfeited their right to occupy their designated booth space.
9.	NO trailers, trucks, vans, cars or other vehicles are permitted in/as booth or displays. Exhibitors may not park at metered spaces. ALL EXHIBITOR VEHICLES MUST BE OFF METERED PARKING SPOTS BY 10 AM. CCAF organizers will do their best to offer alternate parking accommodations.
10.	Photos, slides and brochures sent to CCAF may be reproduced for publicity purposes. A SASE must be enclosed with your application and items must be marked with your name and address to be returned. CCAF reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
11.	The Coolidge Corner Arts Festival organizers reserve the right to dismiss any exhibitor, or agent, who has misrepresented merchandise on their application without refund of the application fee.
12.	Artists represented by local galleries must agree to price their work at gallery retail prices.

Additional Information

All tents must be 10x10, supported with weights and provided by the vendor.

We want the day to be pleasant and successful for our vendors. Booth sitters will be available to provide vendors with short breaks.

This is a rain or shine event. We encourage vendors to plan for sun or rain protection. There is no rain date.

Fees & Payments

In order to complete your submission you must pay a $10 (non-refundable) application fee. This should be done via PAYPAL in STEP 2. Please also note, there is a booth fee ($95 non-refundable) if accepted, due April 30, 2012.
